Riddle me this...

I had a rough day. I won't say it was horrible but it was rough. One thing after another after another. I am so spent... so tired... so blah.

So why, oh why, am I watching Grey's Anatomy? The show that caused THIS last week.

Don't tell me to stop... I won't listen.

Breaking away from good shows is tough. Also, remember that we bottle up feelings, and I think it's good for us to remember, cry, and laugh. Our experiences, good and bad, make us what we are. To never think of them would be to ignore who we are.

I am sorry... It looks so gloomy out there. I want to cry...Don't feel bad about your feeling.

I think sometimes shows that present certain things to us that are too hard for us to really deal with are good in a way. Anytime I see anything dealing with preemies or the NICU, I end up in tears. But, I also feel 100 times better afterwards. It's like I just needed to purge those thought for a bit.

Oh, how I miss Grey's anatomy... Yes, we are the few who have not yet gotten our digital converter box. Procrastinators, I know!
I will probably just end up renting the season when it comes out on DVD. (since we really don't watch a whole lot of TV, anyway...)
If you needed a little reassurance, this one has gotten us through a lot:
Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer.- Rom. 12:12
Have a fantastic day!

Sometimes we all need a good cry or a bad cry or just to escape and focus on someone else....and then again, it is Grey's. I mean, the show just calls to you when you miss it!

I can't believe I missed the freakin' finale!! I never watch it live, always recorded on my dvr. For some reason, it's not on any of the dvr's!! I've read about it by now, of course, and hulu will have it on soon, but still, I was so TICKED off!
