I must be crazy!

I am preparing for Chase's 2nd party... 18 adults and 13 kids... in this little house... tomorrow morning. What was I thinking?

Oh well... it's for 2 hours and it's to celebrate Chase turning 2!!!! I can't believe time has flown by so quickly. I blinked and he went from totally helpless to 'Chase self'.

I am very excited because a couple Baltimore/Annapolis friends are coming up to celebrate. Christine, Greg and Andrew are making a weekend in Hagerstown of it (fingers crossed the weather cooperates so they can go to Reynolds Farms!). Jaime, Craig and Jackson are coming up which I am super excited about because I wasn't able to make it to Jackson's first birthday ;~( Insung and Minhae and Kara and Claire are coming up from Baltimore(ish) area which always makes me happy because we so rarely get to see each other. Plus all my friends from the area... seriously, I am one happy girl.

Errr.... I mean Chase is one happy boy... this is still his party right?

The Elmo and train decor seem to suggest so but my excitement says otherwise.

In other news... if you haven't heard I lost my camera on the 3day walk. Nope, still don't want to talk about it. Just know that it was (and still is) a devastating blow. I can handle the loss of certain things well... after all they are just worldly possessions but my camera... specifically the pictures on the camera... my memories... well, I just don't handle that well. *sigh*

Lest you be concerned that I won't be able to take inordinate amounts of pictures (of Chase of course) and force share them with you... fear not. I have 'borrowed' Adam's point and shoot since he primarily uses the iPhone. The camera isn't long to this world... the casing is actually trying to separate from itself... but it will work for now. I already have my eyes set on my new camera!

And speaking of Vietnam... we weren't speaking of Vietnam? Oh... well.... just go with me on it. I don't segue well. My dad and Stacie are currently in travels to Vietnam! Just another vacation for the jet setting couple. Please pray for their travel safety!

Ok... off to blow up some balloons... or tie some string... or prepare some food... or blog... or nap.

I can't wait to see you all tomorrow.

Oh..I am so sorry about the camera. You said you don't want to talk about it, but I understand how you feel. Ugh....

Wish I could fly to Vietnam one day. :)

See you!!

We had a great time...my daughter especially had a great time on Chase's bouncy horse. And you would have thought she had never seen carrots before in her life..yeesh.

Thanks for having us and I must concur, with all due love and respect, that you are, indeed, crazy ;-)
