We've been pretty since David made a trip to MD to visit Adam, Chase and I.
Yep, you read correctly! Crazy right? It has definitely been a bit surreal but also very good. We have had some time to just talk and get to know each other better. Chase seems to have taken to David pretty quickly... of course Honda Bear and the motorcycle helped that friendship along ;~)
He'll be here through the weekend so we planned a few fun things to do in the area... like the pumpkin patch tomorrow! Thanks to everyone for the well wishes and prayers!

I often selfishly get so wrapped up in some of the challenges and situations in my own life; then I read some of the things going on w/you and am humbled by your grace and strength. It will be so nice when your Claire's mother-in-law and we're officially "family" ;-)
I have been thinking about you a lot since I saw that you were meeting up with David on FB. I am so glad you are having a nice weekend together and getting some time to connect. Amazing what God does when you don't expect it?!?
