I love baby feet! :) I really like the hair photos, how the sunlight shines through. In the final photo, I like how he is not looking directly at the camera. He looks very sweet and calm.
Hi Jessi! I'm sorry this has taken me soo long! As you know I like to give my friend's photographs my full attention, so I've been working my way through the group all week.
1.) Firstly I'd like to say the foot photo is darling but it is a bit of an anomaly with this set of photos. The four others have such a strong light source and colour content that are not reflected in this photo. The other four are much stronger compositionally.
2.) I keep going back and forth between this photo and the next one, I can't decide which I like better! The movement of Chase's hair is beautiful and I really love how you can see just a hint of his ear. It is a dangerous thing to split your composition in half (which you nearly did) but because Chase's hair moves into the left part of the photo, it breaks the space up and creates a pleasing sense of movement.
3.)-4.) I'm going to comment on these together since they are so similar. I think they are both beautiful photographs (again the light being so strong and warm), but personally I feel that since you decided to show them together, and they look so much alike, it actually takes away from the beauty and uniqueness of the photos.
5.) I didn't know your little one had blue eyes! I love after seeing just part of his head, you allow us to see his face as well. I think these are all beautiful photos and I love how you used natural light to highlight his hair. #2 ,3 and 4 would make a beautiful set to either scrapbook or hang up somewhere!

Great shots! Your little one is a perfect subject for you. :-)
Great pics!!! Who else would you choose?! :-) Jaime
lovely photos! What cute feet!
the three hair shots in the middle are quite lovely and I like the way the light hits the hair - the first one in particular is great :)
and the last one - the blue eyes are the most striking in the photo.
I love the toesies. I want to bite them now. :-)
I love baby toes!!!
The feetsies and the eyes... i love it!

You got it! Precious little feet, all that hair that I want for my girl, and a sweet round nose. Of course the eyes, but that is what struck me.
I think my favorites are the first two. They were the strongest to me. I liked the field of depth on the feet and the hair.
I like the little foot one....a lot. Such cute little feet....
